This Provisional Privacy Policy applies solely to users of this informational website provided by Rhythm in Sport LLC (“RIS”) as an introductory overview of its newly developed human performance optimization services (“Services”).

RIS does not currently share information with any subsidiaries, affiliates or third parties except for Squarespace, provider of our web hosting services whose privacy policy can be found at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.

We do not collect or retain information from users of our website other than a) personal contact information voluntarily provided in the course of requesting further information about our Services or b) user responses to tests or exercises we may provide on the site which shall be collected solely for informational non diagnostic purposes and retained only so long as needed to provide users with an informal interpretation of their responses.

The identification and management of information RIS collects from users who receive its personal Services shall be described within individualized contract terms.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice.
